Kovert design motto is to “keep the technology discreet and covert” and the results are elegant pieces of jewellery connected with your phone. We met their CEO, Kate Unsworth, at the Mobile World Congress of Barcelona last month, and we were totally blasted by the ring she was wearing! Indeed, any time you get an important call, text message or email on your phone, the ring is vibrating to let you know it. You can set up the ring for messages you want to get: No need to be one of those people that can’t take their eyes of their phone while waiting for an important call anymore, this ring has real superpowers!
Lunar is a Californian design studio that likes to challenge its team in order to create innovative tools. Two interns of the company were asked the following question: “How do you make the dating experience easier?” One of the interns then came up with a product called Wizz. Wizz is a collar with a very cool design that contains your saved profile. Based on the information you stored, the device will find people compatible with you, on the condition that they are also wearing the collar. When you are near a person with like-minded interest, your collar will give you the signal that you should go for it!
